However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged product, we’re here to help.

To be eligible for a replacement or resolution:

  • Please record an unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

  • The shipping label must be clearly visible in the video.

  • This video helps us raise a claim with our shipping partners.

Without this video proof, we will not be able to process any damage-related concerns.
